A guide to assist you with Universal Design for Learning.

Universal Design for Learning (UDL)

Bay College is fully committed to ensuring our website and course sites are both accurate and accessible to everyone including those with disabilities. We are currently working to increase accessibility and usability of our website and course sites to meet or exceed the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

We are currently forming a web accessibility task force to work towards accessibility for all. This ongoing project will strive to seek out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility. In the meantime if you encounter any difficulty in accessing Bay College’s website, please don’t hesitate to contact the Office of Accessibility or the Online Learning department.
