The Bay College Library supports the work of the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) to support and empower students, faculty, staff, and community members to build trust, increase access, support individuals' diverse identities, and create spaces for dialog, learning, compassion, and acceptance on our campuses and in the communities we serve.
