Library Services

Describes the library's services for students, instructors, and community

Welcome to the Bay College Library!

The Bay College Library contains resources for students, staff, and the community. Our goal is to provide library service and instruction to enhance and expand the learning journeys of Bay College students.

The library is located on the Main Campus in the HUB. It provides materials and services to students and staff on the West Campus online and through the Student Success Center. The library’s catalog and online resources are available on campus and anywhere you access the Internet. Search the library’s online catalog to find print materials, reserve books, and check your library account. Search the library’s databases to find peer-reviewed journal articles, streaming movies, and other online tools.

Students and staff use Bay IDs to check out library materials and Bay Usernames and Passwords to access online resources. In addition to traditional print and online resources, we loan calculators, charging cords, laptops, graphic novels, DVDs, vinyl records, magazines, and children’s books.

Please explore the library's website and contact Mariel Carter, College Librarian, to discuss ways the library can be integrated into your classrooms.
