Project Pioneer
In 1975, Edward Gillespie and Pearl Larsen began collecting an ethnic oral history of Delta County. The collection was titled Project Pioneer and was funded anonymously. This oral history is first-hand remembrances of early life in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, specifically in Delta County. This digitized collection is comprised of sound recordings and printed transcripts.
